Refund Policy

TechShura aims to provide quality training. This policy explains when refunds may be given.


1. General Policy

All course fees are non-refundable once payment is confirmed and access is granted. By enrolling, you accept this no-refund policy.


2. Exceptions

Refunds may be given only if:

  • Duplicate payment is made (verified)

  • TechShura cancels the course before it starts

  • Technical errors cause payment issues (verified)

TechShura reserves the right to approve or deny refunds.


3. No Refunds Given For

  • Change of mind after payment

  • Failure to attend or complete the course

  • Dissatisfaction due to preferences

  • Disqualification for rule violations

  • Wrong course enrollment or incorrect registration info


4. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 to 14 working days. You must provide:

  • Proof of payment

  • Written refund request with reason

  • National ID or student ID if required
