Refund policy

TechShura aims to provide quality training. This policy explains when refunds may be given.
All course fees are non-refundable once payment is confirmed and access is granted. By enrolling, you accept this no-refund policy.
Refunds may be given only if:
Duplicate payment is made (verified)
TechShura cancels the course before it starts
Technical errors cause payment issues (verified)
TechShura reserves the right to approve or deny refunds.
Change of mind after payment
Failure to attend or complete the course
Dissatisfaction due to preferences
Disqualification for rule violations
Wrong course enrollment or incorrect registration info
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 to 14 working days. You must provide:
Proof of payment
Written refund request with reason
National ID or student ID if required
